Our research team are a group of PhD level chemical engineers and petroleum engineers who specialize in full-physics modeling, hybrid-modeling, and data driven research

Our Research team contribute to extensively to the Society of Petroleum Engineers (SPE) and work closely with customers to explore complex problems, create digital prototypes and execute Proof of Concepts (POCs). Our Research group can assist with:

• Exploring a complex problem which commercial software products do not currently solve.
• Data-driven and hybrid modeling challenges
• Joint research with customers and partnerships with academia
• Participation in industry consortiums

Summer Internships

Our research team offers limited summer internships to MSc and PhD students who are studying Petroleum or Chemical Engineering, and who have a solid understanding of coding in Python or a related language. To inquire about working with our research group please contact support@xecta.com
